ZZZR INC double checks all orders for Accuracy. Items that are clearly marked "[IN-STOCK]" will typically ship in 1-3 days. For pre-sale made-to-order purchases (not listed as [IN-STOCK], the processing time varies depending on stock levels and the item's complexity. Estimated lead times are displayed during checkout under the item's description.
In Case of Shipping Damage
All customers are to inspect all items before signing for them and letting the driver go. If you see any damages on any of the items, please make sure that they are specifically noted on the bill of lading and that the driver/shipper is given a copy of this. If the damage is severe and you feel that it cannot be easily fixed, please do not accept those specific pieces. Each customer has the option to refuse items if a particular item does not meet your expectations.

Also, please understand that since we ship everything covered in corrugated packaging, if damages are not noted at the time of delivery, we have no recourse with our carriers unfortunately cannot honor any claims.
Upon delivery, It is your responsibility to inspect the item and packaging for visible signs of damage while the driver is present. All damage must be immediately notated with the shipper and reported to divided ZZZR Inc via email at email@example.com . ZZZR Inc. is not responsible for freight damage that is not properly reported.
How Will Orders Ship
All orders ship will be shipped direct from the manufacturer via UPS or Fedex to a physical address, unless size and weight require that the items must go via common carrier (LTL). All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are calculated during check out and added to the final invoice. You will not be charged more than the amount displayed on your order. There are rare instances that the shipping calculator does not compute the shipping charges exactly right. In the event that freight is more than the amount displayed on your order, you will be contacted with a corrected amount for approval. We will not ship or charge more than the displayed amount without written approval from the recipient. Orders ship during business operational days: Monday through Friday.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Any item configurable on storefront that are not clearly identified as [IN-STOCK].
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should ship your product Via LTL carrier to address provided via email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
